AYSC presents the most complete soccer education available in Anchorage.  We are well organized and bring a club culture and structure to Alaskan soccer, including a system of play that is both efficient and attractive.  We have a team of well-educated coaches and trainers that are able to teach through lecture, and demonstration of technical and tactical points.

Our players are also taught that learning about the game and its history, and learning how to play good soccer are more important than the match outcomes.  We believe playing (and coaching) only to win is detrimental to soccer and character development.  We put the children and the game over the championship.  Having said that, we are a competitive club. We give honest assessments of players' abilities in order to strengthen their understanding of the game, and what they do well as well as how they can improve.  If a player is selected, the staff will work with the player to take his/her game to the highest level he/she wants to go.

We have competitive teams on both the boys and girls sides from U10 through U17 and also run a non-competitive program called Super Soccer Saturdays, for ages 5 to 10.
